Our HACCP training course helped Multifry to improve their quality systems

The course run by Mat at the Grimsby Institute was well organised, professionally delivered and supplied all the information required to not only pass the course, but to acquire a full understanding of what HACCP is. Grimsby Institute itself was clean, light and created a comfortable environment to learn within. It also had all the necessary facilities within the higher education building (where the course was located). Mat explained fully each stage of HACCP, giving practical examples from his own experience which helped highlight the usefulness of a HACCP system in reality. The HACCP system was also related to our own places of work, again helping us to fully understand the way the system works.
Since passing the course I have become an active member of the HACCP team at Multifry and have been able to suggest and implement improvements to our current HACCP system. I have also received new responsibilities in alignment with ISO22000. With the improvements to the HACCP and quality systems, we are hoping to achieve certification from ISO22000 and as a result gain new business from markets which were previously out of reach. I would recommend this course to co-workers or others looking for a HACCP level 3 qualification.
